I got four skeins of Twinkle Handknits Soft Chunky. Colour is not from my usual palette, but I still love it, it’s strangely beautiful pale turquoise with tendency to switch between green and blue main hue depending on current lighting.
Six skeins, said the pattern. I got four. What to do? Try, of course! Shortened the hem by few rounds and sweated like an animal on the last rounds. 27 cm leftover of yarn after sewing.
Wabi-sabi -shaali / huivi / torkkupeitto
Cilla - muunneltava peruspipo
Selma - lämmin palmikkoviitta

Hi and thanks for the info. WHich size did you knit, and which color? I am wondering if 5 skeins will be enough for the smallest size. I want to make the full length dress.
Thanks!

Colour is Sea Foam. I have to check out the pattern to say anything to that another question.

Mm-hmm, checked the pattern out. I’m quite sure that you will do fine with your five skeins. I shortened the pattern with just few rounds and I managed with four. My knit is actually none of the sizes mentioned, because of my adjustments…
